  • Products will be shipped within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

  • Domestic: Yamato
  • International: International E-Packet Light (Japan Post)

Tracking & Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Goods
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after shipment.
If there is a loss or damage during transit, please contact the courier service directly.
If a damaged product arrives, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damage.

Returns & Exchanges
Since all magni products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.

International Orders
Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT)and custom fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
